Which venue are you talking about? I went to box office at the Wang in Boston.
The ticket seller was about to give me my tickets, but then suddenly stopped and noticed that she couldn’t. It wouldn’t surprise me if I went back another day to another person and got my tickets.

The Wang has started to sell VIP packages in pairs at $1100 a pair. And you only get two $178.50 (mid orchestra) tix with this. I really haven’t been following these VIP deals,
but now I see how truly disgusting they can be. They throw in some LC merchandise and then scalp you as badly as any broker.

Jarkko states flatly that “presale tickets cannot be resold” but there seems to be general agreement that they can be resold within that hour (or half hour!) before the show. Does anyone wonder about this disconnect?
