Re: Happy Birthday, Leonard!

Re: Why can't I read the pre-sale info?
Go to the main Bulletin Board page, the Board Index, and look down the list of items in the column labeled News. At the moment, the first item listed is also called News, the second is Leonard Cohen 75 Years, and the third is the one you want: Pre-Sales to US Concerts.

Re: POLL: Mosaic or Video for Birthday Greeting
Just tossing out another idea: how about a mosaic showing the interlaced hearts that appear on so many tour merchandise items? It's clearly a symbol that resonates for Leonard, and it means "Leonard Cohen" to many of us. Isn't it also more likely to be something you'd want to look at often...

Make me an offer - Philly May 12 - TICKETS SOLD
I have two tickets in hand for the May 12 Philly show in the Parquet section (floor) Row R (near the back) pretty much dead center of the row. Cost me $179 each, $378 total. Please make me an offer, any offer. I would appreciate payment by PayPal; then I can FedEx the tickets. Email eniloracd (at) g...

Re: Comment on the ticket issue from the tour management
I sympathise greatly, but let's be quite clear: these problems relate to the wicked Ticketmaster and have nothing to do with Leonard or AEG, who no doubt are as frustrated as us. I respectfully disagree. This problem - with many, many excellent seats withheld, far more than could be used by all the...

Re: Excellent Newspaper Article
Thanks for the link to a great article. And sorry, but I gotta hit the dead horse just one more time. Then I'll shut up and listen to the music, I promise. Jarkko wrote on another thread about tour management and TicketMaster: Marie and I have spoken a number of times about what a great pleasure it ...

Re: Comment on the ticket issue from the tour management
I absolutely agree about giving away free...but I've already done that for a real LC fan with one pair of tickets. It would be very, very nice to recevie some money for the second "extra"pair. If not, though, I shall certainly give them away rather than have them be wasted.

Philadelphia 5/12 - 2 Parquet Seats
I've been checking back from time to time...and sure enough, astonishingly good seats were just released in Philly (which isn't a Ticketmaster venue). That means I need to find a new home for 2 good seats I got on the first day of sale. These are not from the presale. I have the tickets in hand and ...

Re: List of sold out shows (per March 7)
Kimmel Center is showing tickets available for Philly (May 12) again. These aren't great new seats being released - they seem to be parquet circle (obstructed) and amphitheatre seating. Still, the Academy of Music is a smallish venue, and these seats are way better than nothing.
