Nearer the concert date, Ticketmaster/Seetickets et al will miraculously "release" floor seats they haven't been able to shift through tours. Harvey Goldsmith - the biggest hypocrite in music promotion - is notorious for identical tactics.

I got Block 101 tickets on Seetickets at around 8.52. I suspect that better tickets will get released by Ticketmaster in batches (this happened for Springsteen last year and also for Prince) at random moments, so the best ploy is to keep checking Ticketmaster.
