New section for the tour

I have opened a new sub-section for the tour under THE NEWS.
Please post all messages in the new section. Later we will open
a separate thread for every concert - this way our members
will be able to discuss local meetups, where to get tickets etc.

I have moved the existing tour threads to the new section.

Great idea. There seems to be a bit of a glitch, though, in that this is the message atop the pretty much 'blank' page that I get when I click on it :

Perhaps, they're warming to the idea, as now the message is in black rather than red. We'll just stand out here and shuffle our feet awhile.

Just for the record, though, Jarkko... the colour was not the nature of my complaint.

Oho, I forgot to copy the permissions from another section. One should never open a new section while speaking in the phone with a client --- now it should be visible!
