Is it 9 a.m or 8 a.m for Montreal? It says EST and we're now on daylight savings time. Can't think with all the excitement.

What's EST please? It isn't GMT?

Eastern Standard Time (Montreal and Toronto). It's 5 hours behind GMT, but as we put our clocks forward last weekend there is currently a 4 hour difference.
