Howdy.. Something just caught my eyes on the Pod website... We are in for a treat in June as Lenny is to grace us with a 3 hour show when he comes to Dublin. This is bit of information that I did not see orginally due to my excitement, so in case most of you are on the same boat and missed that important piece of info, I thought I'd post it here.. That will have to be the most memorable experience of my life time!! Roll on Friday!

i have some inside information, but unfortunately, i am not a fortune teller as well :D i really hope you get tickets on friday, have you ever been to the royal hospital before, i don't know it at all. We are planning to go to dublin for the weekend, do you know what hotels are near by or would be better going into the city?

i am a ticketmaster outlet, so the only info i have given you is what you would get if you happened to call into a ticketmaster and asked them was there a plan available for kilmainham. I am sure any outlet would let you see the plan tomorrow if you wanted to get an idea of what tickets to go for.

Thanks Confetti, lucky you being at the ticketmaster outlet on fri morning.... I am talking nice to my pc all the time that it won't freeze up on me or anything strange happens............. PC I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH
When it says best available when you are paying for tickets does the computer automatically fill the event from tthe best seats first on a first come first served basis.... just wondering? Hotels in Dublin are kinda pricy these days but if you just google them on the net there are plenty available and lots of guest houses too. Book in advance to be on the safe side as it is the summer time when the gig is on .

i had a bit of a nightmare this week, when my work computer froze just as billy connolly went on sale, a shop full of customers and no tickets  not fun.

yes the best tickets should come out first so if you get tickets you don't think are that good, it's probably best not to try again, as you could end up with worse ones. My friend got tickets for a gig and she thought they were a bit far away from the stage tried again and it had sold out. I will be so cross if I see tickets on ebay 10 minutes after it sells out., it is so unfair to real fans, especially if they have queued outside for hours.

Yeah, although i love technology and the convenience of it, it can make stuff like this quite cut throat and horrible to think that people are buying up tickets for the sole purpose of profiteering from them. Not nice! Enjoy work on friday morning and don't forget to buy yourself a ticket :D

Hi Guys,

First time posting to the forum. Feel I have to vent my worry to understanding people. I'm SERIOUSLY worried about getting tickets on Friday. There was an item about the concerts on the RTE news last night, a large photo and item in the Irish Times today, plus a half-page couldn't-miss-it-if-you-tried ad for the concert on the back pages AND Today FM are running radio ads and a series of competitions all day tomorrow. Every dog and cat in the street must know about the concerts at this stage. It just seems so unfair!!!! :( :( We've all been waiting for this announcment for well over a year and now it feels like its all been taken from us!!!

Hey everyone,

Just in case you don't use Ticketmaster very often, (as in my case!) make sure your billing info and all other info is up to date!
I just had the glorious realisation that I have a new credit card since setting up this account, so fortunately got to get in and update all my info on the site there! I'll be depending on Mobile Broadband on Friday morning in a not so well-covered area, so hopefully i'll manage, like everyone else, to get tickets ......

May the force be with you all, as well as a reliable network Friday morning :)
