I can get you three for Manchester or 6 for Dublin but it'll cost you - dearly!

£600 stg per seat in Manchester because of the danger of GBH. (I mean the crowd who turned up for the LC exhibition were lethal, such pushing, shoving, bad language, violence...it was awful).

Seats for Dublin I can let you have at a steal - E250 each

In the lght of what's happening on E BAY - I'd better clarify that THIS POST IS A JOKE.

American papers please copy!!!!!!!

Red Poppy ~

I can't get to ebay from here [nor do I WANT to], but am curious about what's happening there. Can you give some examples? [I'm still trying to get over losing my B-7 seat in Montreal  .]

Hello all,

I have been a fan of Leonard Cohen since *before* he began recording, so please take my comments below as coming from an admirer of the man from way back.

Like many of you I am excited about the possibility of seeing him one more time, but . . .

I've counted more than 30 concerts that he will be playing and that number doesn't include all the European and American dates which will be added.

Leonard is 73. I do hope this tour doesn't strain him too much. I would rather miss a chance to see him and know that he was still healthy and writing.

If this tour is about the $5 million which was stolen from him and therefore has put him into financial difficulties or not able to leave something for his children. I would vote to drop some concert dates. I'd rather just send him the money and know that he be writing for many more years.

Aug. 3: Ledbury, England (Big Chill)
Aug. 5-6: Istanbul (Arena)
Aug. 10: Prague (Castle)
Aug. 12: Budapest (Sziget)
Aug. 14-15: Girona, Spain (Cap Roig)
Aug. 28-29: Vienna (Opera House)

I really do hope the Sziget bit becomes true! I'm from Hungary so this would be ideal. But Prague and Vienna are fairly OK as well, it seems I won't be missing this LC tour which existed only in my dreams before... (and I don't have to travel far for it either)
It's true that two major concerts are scheduled for aug 12 at the Sziget festival, but maybe there's room for Leonard in the days after that.

This is very distressing news. However, I don't believe that they have any tickets as yet as none are on sale anywhere. Touting websites like this usually take your details and then try to find tickets that match what you're looking for. I think they're just testing the water to see how many they should try and buy when they go on sale at the end of the week. I'm SO bored of the existence of touting websites. It's unbelievably depressing to think that many of those trying to get tickets on Friday will be buying them simply for profit. It's a sad world we live in.

I wonder whether the prices on that website are any indication of that the tickets will actually cost? Yikes.

JARKKO - For the Toronto shows, will the tickets held for fanclub members be different or better than the ones available through American Express Front of the Line that are also go on sale at 10am Thursday March 13th?

A Golden Ticket - Maybe

Never did I dream, that in the ether of a dreamer,
I would hear the words, Leonard Cohen & The O2 Arena.

To myself, I think the humble master has sent out a secret code,
Meet me in Manchester at a more intimate abode.

‘Breath easy’, he says ‘disappointment isn’t so rough,
Isn’t all the music I have given you enough?

Love you Leonard, even If I shall not see;
Your wisdom, beauty and dignity.

I'm confused. Age, recovering from throat infection and still spaced out on pain killers! Have I missed an important email? Do we know if UK pre sale is tomorrow? Just like Sue M, I'm really pleased that Canada fans are getting their tickets but I'm really not sure what's happening here. I think I read Jarkko's news yesterday completely wrong. I thought pre sale was 13th, then I thought 'no that's Canada', then I saw them being sold last night ad turned pc off to prevent complete panic attack!!!

My partner was overnight in Manchester and said that this morning's paper told of tickets on sale to the public on friday. If I miss this I will never recover. Period.

Take pity on a senseless gorm who just wants to buy a couple of little tickets for a couple of little seats. What's going on? Anybody? Somebody? :?

BTW if this post comes up 3 times - yes 3 times - it's because I lost it twice before, so apologies for all the versions if they appear. I'm just not functioning very well. Take pity please.
I never answer, since it isn't you.

And why are you so quiet now, standing there in the doorway?
