Tickets for Cohenites

I am not sure if this has been mentioned before. Is it possible to stop accepting new members of the files until all the ticket deals have gone through? This may not make me very polular to mention this.
Here in Fredericton we have a day to get our tickets, then the next day Friends of the Playhouse, have a special day. I have been told there is a limited amount of tickets being reserved for these days, so it is possible that I could be SOL if I don't get there in time to get tickets before they are all gone. I am sure this is the case everywhere so I state this knowing if that is the case here I am sure it is everywhere.
I know new people are fans, they just have not used the site. It seems that this special arrangement was made with the intentions that it is a bonus for people who have been in the Leonard Cohen Files previous to the announcement.
