Edinburgh Castle, BLKX1, Row M - Seats still available

Post by Ms.Bojangles »

GUYS... hurry up, you need to try it a couple of times otherwise it offers you BLKNB, but the X1, Row M tickets are there (search for 2 at a time)

Goodluck!

(...and by God if you get better seats than me I'll shoot the boots off you! I booked through ticketscotland, it didn't specify rows... I'm on X1 for sure though... but prob row Z!)

I've just posted the same message as you!! Bought tickets on Friday and could only get block EB row Z. I've just bought X1 row M just now and I am now absolutely over the moon!! I thought I was going to have to buy binoculars as my seats were so bad!

Haha... That's fantastic you got the seats!!! So pleased for you!

I couldn't believe it myself! Was sooo tempted to just go ahead and book them too - (I wasn't joking about probably being in row Z!), but it's just too much money to risk - I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed!

Now... hurry up everyone else before the touts catch on!

I've just read these posts: is it true that Edinburgh tickets are being offered on Ebay?
An informed reply is required: it's important: is Edinburgh sold out?

Andrew.

Hi Andrew ~

I sure wouldn't waste time asking and waiting for a reply. It seems like trying for the tickets would be a better plan. Good luck! I hope you get some.

To answer your questions: Yes and I don't think so. Both Tickets Scotland and Ripping Records still have tickets available and I went as far as I could through Tickets Scotland's booking process without being rejected.

It's an odd thing, but people chasing a bargain frequently end up paying more for something on e-bay than they would if they'd just walked into a shop and bought it. Which raises the interesting prospect of being able to get tickets on e-bay for less than you would have paid for them otherwise; I saw a pair last night which still hadn't had any bids with only two days to go.

Same goes for buying tickets outside the venue on the night, its not uncommon to get tickets for as little as a tenner if you're willing to risk it and wait till the gigs just about to start.
