sorry for my bad english - I'm an italian fan.

In my opinion , Leonard may start his concerts with Closing time.

I love "The future" album and I hope that Leonard will sings the incredibile "Be for real", with his beautiful voice.

"Waiting for the miracle to come" would seem appropriate to me :)

That would be cool in a way very few people can act without ending up looking ridiculus. The man himself, of course, can pull it of...

I think AVALANCHE is the perfect one. Firts song of his best LP ever. BIRD ON A WIRE should be perfect too as it was used to open concerts in the 70s. First song should be intimate, a guitar one, and one from his best 70s LPs, to create a magic atmosphera, to start crying since the begining. SUZANNE or FAMOUS BLUE RAINCOAT must be two of the last five songs.

Anyway, it will be a perfect concert and just to see him on a stage is a dream. ;-)

Just anything other than his dreadful dirge, Bird on The Wire. Even with A2 block seats I think will come late if he is to start with that awful song.

The first song to be performed will be Jazz Police, with Damien Rice on backing vocals.
The last song to be performed will be Don't Go Home With Your Hard On.

Damien Rice on backing vocals for all shows or just the Dublin ones?

I'll be at the Fredericton concert. I'll try and remember to post the title of the first song in this thread. I'll also try and remember to get the setlist and post it in THAT thread. But I have visitors from out of town coming to the show with me so I may not get to it right away. Some partying may intervene.
