Happy Cow is a fantastic resource and another one is http://www.veggieheaven.com If I may be permitted a suggestion for those visiting Manchester? Try The Earth Cafe below Manchester Buddhist Centre - right in the middle of town. It's reasonably priced with lots of vegan choice... and cakes to die for!
