Right, first up, the rules:

- Only join a vine if you are confident you can copy the CD (NOT in mp3 format) and send it to the next person on the vine within 10 days

- This recording will be available on Dime, if you are Dime-literate please leech it from there, and not here.

- Do not sell this recording on. I am distributing this to the great fans of Leonard Cohen as a thank-you for the excellent news service this forum provides.

Now, how "vines" work:

I send the CD to you, so the chain starts:

*LC Fan 1* in... 21/06/2008

then, you make a copy for yourself and send the original CD onto the next person on the vine (DO NOT SEND THE COPIED CD ONTO THE NEXT PERSON, SEND THE ORIGINAL MASTER, THIS HELPS PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF THE ORIGINAL RECORDING) and send it out, so vine alters accordingly:

and so on and so on until everyone who wants a copy, has a copy
obviously dates and names on list are just for demonstrative purposes.

WHEN YOU WANT TO JOIN A VINE, COPY THE EXISTING VINE DETAILS, ADD YOUR NAME TO THE BOTTOM OF IT AND POST IT AS A STANDARD REPLY AND I'LL UPDATE THE TOP POST ASAP. PLEASE JOIN THE SHORTEST VINE

When you are next in line on a Vine, it's a good idea to PM the person above you with your address details, so they know where to send the CD on to..
