i'll be on the concert on my own, and i would like to meet some people after the concert, as i don't like to drive home with not having shared some after show time emotions with some cohen lovers, is there anybody out there ????

Hi! Looking forward to hearing more about any meetup details for Lucca sometime soon. My friend and I have just booked tickets for the gig (flying over from Dublin), but haven't got a place to stay yet. Any tips from anyone? I've tried everything I could find on Google, but would love to be somewhere inside the city walls or nearby as we won't have a car. B&B, homestay, small hotel, somewhere friendly and comfy. Thanks btw to Claudia who already tried to help us out (so lovely of you), we'll be getting to Lucca on 26th and staying until 28th. Hoping to meet quite a few of you there!

I am really enjoying reading everybody's entries on the forum, pretty addictive and very moving. Like a collective memory, a 360 degree impression of each gig. When I was back at work after 'the' weekend, another colleague who I knew had also been to one of the Dublin gigs and I just looked at each other and we both had this really wide grin on our faces. No comment needed. Hallelujah.

Hi Silvinka, it's going to be in a piazza in the centre of Lucca, so no muddy festival tent atmosphere, but pretty civilized I guess. Italians generally dress really well, so we'll be going for casual chic . We'll be getting to Lucca on 26th, let us know if you wanna meet up that night. Claudia, any suggestions for central cafe/bar? Could also do a pre-concert dinner on 27th, what do you think? We really can't wait for some SUNSHINE!!
