Look at this seatingplan Maurice: http://www.ahoy.nl/evenementen/Leonard- ... eatingplan

Very busy at ticketservice. The best places I could get were on 1e rang. Sideview.... :(

The best seating plan I found is at: http://www.ahoy.nl/evenementen/Leonard- ... eatingplan

I got Arena Floor (AV), row 22, seats 59 and 60, first rang, which I bought accidently.
And I also got Arena Floor (AV) row 17, seats 33 and 34, rang 1

:-)

@Maurice: I don't think you can stand in front of the stage, those places are marked wheelchair-seats for €69 each.

I have a ticket, but I'm a little puzzeled.
I bought the ticket over the phone. The lady told me that I have 21 seat 4, but she couldn't say if it meant that I have row 21 seat 4, or row 4 seat 21. She did say that it was a very good seat and I was very early, a little before 10.00 o'clock. We even had to wait a few minutes before her computersystem worked. So, it could be row 4, but I'm not sure. Can anyone tell me how things work at the Ahoy?
Thanks,
Inge

Hi Inge,

If her system had trouble getting in, this means lots of people were buying tickets at the time. I would guess you got row 21. But you'll know when you get the tickets.

Thanks MvdH.
I shouldn't worry. I'm glad to have the opportunity to see and hear Leonard again, after his beautiful concert in Amsterdam. I was standing front row and almost center stage then, so I can't complain when I don't get as near to the stage this time.
I'll wait what the ticket says.

Ha, in Amsterdam I was standing second row, a little (3 people) to the left of the center. Were you standing in front of me? How tall are you? :-)

I just also bought row 10 (AV), seats 5 and 6 for Ahoy.
Can anyone tell me how many seats there are in one row?

At Springsteen's Devils & Dust show, there were 60 seats in a row!

We get our tickets at the Free Record Shop, just one second after 10!

I'm a little embarassed  But our tickets are first row seats 29 & 30. I think just in the middle!

Oh no... i'm not  I'm :D :D :D :D :D

For the best seatingplan:

http://www.ticketmaster.nl/html/artist. ... COHEN&l=NL

Click on Ahoy
Then choose the map (selecteer plattegrond) for Leonard Cohen.

As you can see the wheelchair-seats (rolstoel) are not in front of the stage but in the middle of Rang 2.

If you were lucky enough to get tickets for Arenavloer (AV): seat 30 is exactly in the middle of each row.

:?: Can anyone tell if seatnumbers 1 to 60 are counted from left to right in a row or vice versa :?:
(facing the stage)

Thanx!

(We are at ArenaVloer seats # 55 & 56; so left or right side in the row?)

I got Row 23 seat 1 to 4. I'd have better ones if the lady at the ticket xcounter hadn't screwed me by first buying for herself (are they allowed to do that). but I'll guess they do. A little bit far away though. Ahoy had abysmal sound but since this soundguy is very good (Amsterdam sounded terrific) I have some hope. I'm also going to oberhausen the day before (got screwed out of good tickets there as well, seems to be a recurring theme).

Hello MvdH,
No, I was standing right from the center, in front of Javier Mas and Dino Soldo. I loved to see and hear them play too, great musicians and funny men. I am still thinking of that concert every day, I really, really, really enjoyed it. The music, Leonard, the band and singers, the whole atmosphere, the nice people that I met, the location, everything. So, you can imagine that I look forward to the concert in Rotterdam, though I am a little worried about the Ahoy. It's so big! But Leonard will be there and that's all that matters.

@Inge: I stood between Sharon and LC. :-) So not really close to you, but near.

@Mazal: Thx for the seating plan!

Ahoy has room for 12,000 people, but the show Leonard Cohen gives is one of the few shows with chairs. So, with less space I think it will be a more intimate show. Too bad I could only get a ticket for row 20. In Oberhausen and Copenhagen I'm a little closer to the stage. But I can't complain! I'm a tall guy and It's great to see Leonard Cohen a couple of times in fall.
You know who I am...
