Update - I phoned booking.com who were supposed to get back to me yesterday but didn't..........so today phoned the hotel. Apparently the wrong amount was entered when the rate was put online BUT because I'd booked it and had confirmation the £5 rate WILL be honoured!! I'm ecstatic - money is really tight and hubby wasn't too happy about me spending even more money on Leonard Cohen after my Manchester trip in June so even he'll be happy!! We recenty stayed in the Holiday Inn Express on west nile street £ 59 per room including breakast ,booked on line as shopper special.
