This is my first reply in your forum. I am fortunate enough to have connected with Anjani and have been corresponding with her and other members of her forum for a while. I was born in Portugal, but have lived in Toronto for most of my life. I am 36 years old(utilizing the concept of "time"). "The Book of Longing" is a collection of writings/songs and drawings that bare your bones in explicit nudity of body &soul with a purity/simplicity that incites a Native, Primitive, Primal, Respectful Sensuality that seeks to taste every flavour of beauty with humble insight, tangible, wordless courage, and a peaceful all-encompassing smile within an endless stream of laughter. "Little Song Bird Leonard" with the assertion and natural flow to reveal what is as it is, "Blue Alert", an atypical compilation of lyrics and songs, has found a home in my heart. The strong effect is one of combining the multiplicity of love vibrations in one's journies into the most gentle, considerate, eternal, passionate, erotic, playful, heartache recovery, discovery of what a "soulmate" is. I have written to Anjani that her voice, in conjunction with your lyrics, transports me to the sound of a woman who is sharp, mindful, soothing, fun, full of integrity, and aligned with the ability to surrender to the alchemy of universal magic that is focused on the "right" combination of elements which comprise an elevation to the heavenly skies.
