invalid code

I kept getting an "invalid code" message online, so I called the Ticketmaster, and the automated voice said pre-sale in Detroit is not until tomorrow, the 26th. Does anyone know if this is true, or how I can get tickets today?

I got tickets today. I just used the posted code and followed the link. I did get timed out once by Ticketmaster and that cost me about 10 rows.

Ticketmaster in Vancouver is also showing an invalid password. Anyone know anything about that?

I don't get 'invalid code' - it just keeps saying no tickets are available in Calgary regardless of me putting down any price and best location for 2 tickets. Is it sold out already?

Did you access the site through this forum's link? I think it does not work if you try to access it directly through ticketmaster.

The code itwasthehat worked in Vancouver ( as well as Detroit ) ...maybe it will work in Edmonton and Calgary too. Worth a try and don't go direct to ticketmaster , go through the link from this site. Finally got my tickets ( after 40 minutes trying different jiggles with the online code ) Happy though wish the venue in Vancouver was different.

I did a google search 'leonard cohen presale password" and there are some presale "password hackers" (like wiseguy.com and getpresales.com??) that have the same presale coe as us and a couple of different codes, so it might be possibly to find another presale password for the other presales, i assume somehow that way if you missed it today?

i got detroit tickets fine with "itwasthehat"

was Ottawa the only place you had to use all caps for the code ( ITWASTHEHAT). I was lucky i got through by phone to a ticketmaster agent and she said i had the right code but needed to use caps. Later it said to try this on the forum page.

I had no problem with the code in Ottawa. I got tickets for both days. Simply copied and pasted from the forum.

I got Ottawa tickets for both days too. I was fooled at first by the bogus password that was posted yesterday evening. I tried to use that before going back to the forum and finding that it had changed. It maybe cost me a few rows but I still managed to get a seat in row K right in the middle for both nights.

Now the waiting begins (again).....

I used the words "itwasthehat" and it worked in Edmonton and Calgary.
