I hope this hasn't been posted elsewhere yet. I just came across this article. According to it, Leonard has apparently been asked for an additional concert in Nazareth:
"Tourism Ministry asks Leonard Cohen for extra appearance
The ministry is offering Nazareth Amphitheater as a suitable site.

There may be some good news for disappointed fans of Leonard Cohen who could not get tickets for his performance next month at the National Stadium in Ramat Gan. The Ministry of Tourism has asked the Canadian-Jewish singer to make a second appearance in Israel, at the Nazareth Amphitheater, which was built for the visit of Pope Benedict XVI earlier this year.
Ministry of Tourism director general Boaz Bar-Nir heard about Cohen's unsuccessful attempt to give a performance in Ramallah in the Palestinian Authority, and offered him an alternative. "Nazareth is an economic, political, and cultural center, and it would be desirable to hold an appearance of this size in Israel's largest Arab city," he said.
Bar-Nir added, "This will attract a large audience from all sectors of Israeli society, as well as many tourists. This would meet the title of the appearance 'Peace, reconciliation, and tolerance'."
No official response from Leonard Cohen has been made as to whether he will make the second performance or not. "
