I am very sorry not to have seen the thread describing payment problems before now.

I just called customer service, who told me, that since march 25th they accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX from all countries except Asia and Russia.

If you should have any problems to pay your tickets, you can call them at +46776707777 from monday morning 9.a.m. , when the tickets go on public sale. .

As the employees can´t see the tickets in their system before then, they will not be able to help you before. But if you have problems to pay via Internet, you then will be able to provide your credit card information by phoneThey do not accept PayPal.

Did you all notice, that you will have to create an account with ticnet and that the password you choose, you will have to provide in the payment proces. If you don´t have an account, you will not be able to buy. This also could be a part of the problem. If you need help, send a pm and I will send you my phone number ... I will be available until 11.30 a.m. and again tonight after 21.00 (09.00 p.m.) and check regularly!

I tested the presale for Gothenburg, and the system offered first row, center!

Jarkko probably tied up the center seats while we were hunting.
Anyway, I bought seats 5 and 6 almost next to you in Gothenburg. I have no idea where they are situated.

also considering, fly to copenhagen, and take train (cheapest if booking 3 months ahead) - 3-4 hour train - or just change planes in copenhagen

I tried to find a seating plan for the concert in Stockholm. The official site of the venue (Globen) says under its FAQ's that for concerts like that the layout for the seating usually changes so often that it would be practically impossible for them to publish the layout everytime a change is made, so at least for the concert in Stockholm it seems like there'll be no seating chart available in advance. I don't know about Malmö and Gothenburg though !?

Any advice on the cheapest flights to Krakow from Malmo? I'm assuming it would be through Copenhagen. Also, hotels...would it be better to stay in Malmo or Copenhagen (I'm only there for one night).

Got to my computer about 3:15 a.m. & looks like we got 2nd row seats in Stockholm & Gothenburg (yaaay!) - although it's not clear, since I haven't seen a seating chart yet, what the story is with what the "sections'/divisions": the confirmation for Stockholm says "Stalls West" under "division", & the confirmation for Gothenburg says "Parkett Ingang R" - anyone know what those things mean? Both confirmations say Row 2 - am hoping that they are in a front section. (I know I saw a link to a seating chart on another page in this thread - thank you for the post - I will go there later)

I guess alot of you will be in Krakow when we are in Stockholm - I will miss you - (maybe someone out there will be in Stockholm too?); I look forward to seeing you all in Gothenburg!

Edit: okay, I just looked at the link for the seating chart in Gothenburg (thanks, Arlene) - there's not much info on it, but I saw a big "R" that is not very close to the stage - (oh no) - I hope that's not where our seats are, esp. after getting up at 3:00 am to purchase them!

Generally it is cheaper to find a hotel in Sweden than in Copenhagen, which usually is very expensive.

Change language in top right corner. Then you can find the cities and find links to practically everything.

IMPORTANT: If you should go to Sweden by ferry (there is a connection from Poland to Ystad, not far from Malmø), then check the site of the ferry company for packages. Often they have favourable offers when you book ferry and accomodation together via the ferry site. The same is the case for everybody, who wants to go to Odense. If you take the ferry to Copenhagen or Århus you can book accomodation right away and save a lot of money. Maybe also in connection with flights.

Don´t underestimate the ferry connections. They are often much more comfortabel, cheaper and faster than flights, especially if you have to change in Copenhagen.


Once you have arrived, you can buy a Göteborg- / Malmø- / Stockholm Passport for one or two days. The passport gives you free public transport and free entrance at all sights and museums.
