Frankly I'm surprised that he wouldn't just travel with a doctor/masseur/physical therapist on this tour because, well, he can. And I don't really buy the fact that he is looking for music shops. Seems like the last place he'd be found...

Yeah - a bit of journalistic sensationalism - just have to mention Valencia in connection with requesting the name of a doctor - but neglect to include that the Valencia incident was a food poisoning. Could just be "standard" requests for the tour - name of a doctor in case of emergency.
