Yes I confess a copy of a preview copy found it's way to me as well in this remote part of the world. It will ease my aniexty as I wait for the official release next month.
Although "there's no one who has told us yet What Boogie Street is for" only desirable goods are circulated on the black market.
As for myself, my little self, I'am quiet happy to slowly and fully wait with the ordinary mob until the 26 of October. It more interesting to read all the fuss around and before, than to rush to consomate the album. I would all miss the multiple pleasures that came before otherwise.

"He can love the shape of human beings, the fine and twisted shapes of the heart. It is good to have among us such men, such balancing monsters of love."
Well, I'm torn. I love the first and second CD's, the first because of the remarkable arrangements (and I STILL can't find out who the musicians/singers are!) and the great great songs. The second because of it's sparcity. I find myself listening more and more to the early stuff and, most recently, Recent Songs, another marvel of production and instrument choice and great songs.
Then again, I think The Future is fantastic. And I'm Your Man is right up there. But I've not been able to really get into Ten New Songs, mostly because of the arrangements.
Chacun a son gout!
