I believe that Croatian sales are counted according to how many CDs were shipped from the distributor's magazines to stores, not according to store sales (I am not sure that there is any database counting that). I see at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mu ... ifications that it is no unfamiliar: many countries count certificates and sales according to "shipment" not "sales", including Canada.

The fact being that 2/3 of today's money in music industry is made from tours, funny thing that Lana Del Rey is not capable to sing live and that all her dates are now canceled (her management actually claims there was never a tour announced)... Leonard will, as it seems now, go to tour, I guess, because all hints said that it depends on the album's sales.

What I don't understand is why it depended on the album sales in the first place as surely the last tour was all the indication needed that should Leonard go back on tour we would and will be there en masse!

I read an observation online that even though Old Ideas clocked in at 3rd place on the US charts, the album sales were "only" 40+K.

Well, if just half that number of album buyers go to multiple concerts, as many of us do, we can fill every hockey arena where LC loves to hold his concerts. :D

"It depends on the album's sales" ... That means he has to go on tour if the sales are bad? Or he has to go on tour if the sales are good? :-)
