Thank you Kush.

Under the bridges of Paris by Dean Martin really brings back happy memories for me as a 14 year old schoolgirl in England. We had a fabulous English teacher, Mr. Clarke, who would bring in records for us to listen to. Both Dean Martin's and Eartha Kitt's version. Also Dean Martin's Memories are made of this.

He was a real Francophile and even took students on a trip to Paris. I will always remember him with love. I did not go to Paris then but still have the postcard of the Arc de Triomphe that he sent me.

Glad you enjoyed it Cheshire gal. Actually I heard Eartha Kitt's version much earlier and it is wonderful. Usually I tend to like the first version I hear more than later versions, but in this case I preferred Dean Martin's which I heard only recently.
