Chris Smither !!! Homeboy, grew up in New Orleans. He comes back often to Jazzfest; I've been a fan for years. You n me, Steve, let's do a rousing rendition of the "the fruit n vegetable song" aka No Love Today.

Hi Squidgy,

Would gladly do a rendition of the song with you. :) Have sung along to the song, solo, while listening to
it on CD many times and this summer when I attended a Chris Smither concert. Have previously
seen Chris on stage at the Philadelphia Folk Festival. He's one of my favorites. I believe that
there's going to be a retrospective of Chris Smither songs coming out that's going to include the
participation of a very prominent New Orleans musician. Knew that Chris Smither grew up
in New Orleans. (Had the pleasure of interviewing Chris on a radio show.)

Hi,

I'm hoping to attend one of Chris Smither's upcoming performances, perhaps the one that'll take
place this Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Sellersville Theater. Chris Smither's tour schedule can
be found at: http://smither.com/tour/. Will post back about the concert if I go.

Hi,

Made it to a performance. It was excellent. The audience was most attentive and appreciative. People
were very much absorbed with Chris' voice, guitar playing, feet tapping, and, of course, the brilliant,
artful and often emotionally moving lyrics of his songs. Chris really enjoys sharing his music; perfect rapport with
the audience was present from the start till the end of his performance.
