Anyone heard of this group.
They're american or canadian and will be playing in vancouver soon before jetting over here for a few dates.
Liz, my wife, bought one of their cds a while back (Picaresque) and it's really good...I'm going to put it in my collection when she's not looking
I hadn't heard of them, Pete,but thanks for drawing attention to them.I have enjoyed exploring their website (their home page is a hoot).
The couple of tracks available sound good. I'll be looking into their music in more detail.....after Xmas of course.
They toured Europe last year I think, small venues, I am sure Henning knows them:-) I missed the show here in any case, and I must say that I erased the album from my mp3 player
Yeah, I've heard of them. I like Military Wives & O Valencia. Fortunately, I have XM satellite radio and you get to hear a lot of stuff that doesn't play on the mainstream stations.
They have some notoriety in relation to The Colbert Report. Worth checking out. You may have some luck on The Colbert Nation website, but i have never been there so i wouldn't know.
