Damon Albarn carried off stage by security at Roskilde Festival after refusing to end five-hour set
Blur frontman performed with Graham Coxon, Nick Zinner, Laura Mvula and more

Damon Albarn performed a marathon set at Roskilde Festival in Denmark over the weekend, with security staff forced to escort the musician off the stage after he refused to end his five-hour performance.

The Britpop singer was performing with his Africa Express project, collaborating live with the likes of bandmate Blur bandmate Graham Coxon, Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Nick Zinner, Laura Mvula, Jeff Wootton, Songhoy Blues and Seye Adelekan.

During the performance, Albarn covered the likes of The Clash and Randy Newman, while also performing Gorillaz tracks.

With the appearance lasting until four o'clock in the morning, the security staff carried Albarn from the stage whilst the crowd sang The Clash's 'Should I Stay Or Should I Go' Watch that incident, plus other footage below.
