I must admit that next to LC, TVZ gets more air play on my phone than all others.

Thanks. I agree with you about Townes Van Zandt: Live at the Old Quarter. It's
among my favorite recordings of TVZ.

Thanks Steven. I heard half of it last night and will probably hear the other half tonight. Great stuff ! His guitar picking is very lively on this one. I have Live at the Old Quarter, Down Home and Rear View Mirror among the live recordings and my favorite is Rear View Mirror. Something about the slightly "dirty" recording and with Owen Cody (fiddle) and Danny Rowland (guitar) makes it very authentic live session.
It was also my very first TVZ album which I bought together with my very first Guy Clark album, Keepers (also live).
