Big thanks to Robert and Marie for arranging the demonstration of the work that has been done on starchive and to Robert for the fascinating insights he gave us into the archive process and possible future uses of the material.

Wendy and Citizen_Kane, I agree wholeheartedly. The session was very worthwhile and the possibilities of future box sets etc. is very exciting.
The one question I forgot to ask was if there were still any legal issues between the Trust and Adam that would continue to delay the release. (We know there is still some work to do on transcribing some of the material into Starchive).

I recall Robert DeYoung very briefly touched on this issue. Something along the lines of 'if it weren't for the unnecessary legal issues Robert Kory is facing, a release of the 1972 Box Set would've already seen the light of day'. But please correct me if I'm wrong.

"unnecessary"? i am not on anyone's side, but after the mistakes in chudd's 'cut & paste' revised trust document, does one think it unnecessary to question its validity?

Thank you to all who attended the Zoom presentation on Sunday. It seems the Internet gods were in a bad mood. I couldn't get on for the first half hour of the presentation and of course, we know Robert had difficulties as well. If there were others who tried to attend but couldn't, please let me know.
After we got past our Internet woes, it seems thing went well. Thank you for the kind comments here and those I received via email. Thank you to Robert de Young for sharing his knowledge of Starchive and Leonard's archive. It is exciting to learn what can still be shared with the public by way of books and albums and how invaluable the archive would be to those who study Leonard now and in the future.
Thank you all for your interest and for keeping Leonard's music alive.

Hi
It was an interesting Zoom session indeed. Although most of the content was already covered in both Marie's Starchive video on her Webheights page (see the very first post of this thread) and the Symposium video (see page 3), it was nice to hear Robert talk which much passion about the archives and future plans. Especially the Q&A afterwards brought some nice questions which Robert answered quite extensively.
I'm sure we'll see the results of all this hard work in the (near) future.
Thanks again to all involved!
