frederik wrote: Mon Jan 13, 2025 5:46 pm I opted for the refund based on the shobby communication on all of this. I got the shipment notification early December 2024 without a tracking link or any further updates. Music Glue confirmed the refund this morning so at least that's something.
If it becomes available from other, more reliable market places I might buy this from there.
Hi Frederik,

as Music Glue has obviously specified two different email addresses how to contact Gonzo Multimedia/International and as there is no progress regarding my request for a refund I would like to know which email address you did use to contact them and to request your refund.
Was the confirmation that you will receive a refund sent by Music Glue or by Gonzo Multimedia / International?

Has anybody up to now actually received the refund?
I logged on via my Music Glue account and was presented the option to be refunded when clicking my order. I had to write a short message about why I wanted a refund. I wasn't expecting much besides the email addresses other forum members shared above.
Much to my surprise I got a message saying my order would be refunded approximately 24h later. A few days later the money was back on my account.
It worked for me the same way. I wasn't expecting this after all...
So now I ordered at least the DVD from amazon.co.uk

I too have chosen to get a refund for this. Too bad as I was looking forward to this package. Hopefully I can find it later, affordable, in the US.

After corresponding with a Robin Baxter I am going out on a limb and receiving a replacement set instead of a refund. Fingers crossed!

Now that I have my money back, I will wait for better times when the box is actually released.
Thanks for your update. I followed your procedure and contacted Music Glue for a second time to request a refund. Within a few hours I got a confirmation that I will get a refund and one day later the money was back on my account. Inbetween Gonzo Distribution also replied and let me know that Music Glue will send a refund. So all's well that end's well.
I hope to find a reliable supplier (preferably within the EU) for this box in the near future to reorder this item. Maybe it is feasible to wait until the release date specified by Amazon UK has passed.

Good luck for your courageous decision. Please keep us informed whether you receive the box at the second attempt. Maybe I will give them a second chance too.

I will let you all know if/when I receive it. Hopefully my correspondence with Mr. Baxter was legit. He reached out to me after I sent my refund request and offered a replacement or a refund. His responses were very punctual so hopefully this is legitimate. He also told me that it would be an extra £30 for the package to be tracked, so I skipped tracking. It is shipping to the US so hopefully I know something within a week or 2.

Supposedly my replacement was sent a couple weeks ago. Still waiting, even though UK to US takes about that long to ship.

Looks like it’s finally available on Amazon UK…if you’re quick, only 2 left!

I'm still waiting on mine. Rob Baxter promises it will arrive. I emailed him this past week after almost another 2 month wait. He copied someone else into the email but I'm still waiting on a reply.

Well, if Amazon has only 2 left, presumably they’ve shipped the pre-orders, which means, presumably, the product actually exists, and’ll be with you sometime soon. Presumably.

(I’m presuming rather than assuming because, well, you know…)
