Leonard definitely affirms he'll go on tour: on video!

I'm brand new here. In fact, I joined so I could tell you about a short little video of Leonard that I took last night, Oct. 8th, where he said "I think I will go on tour again" to thunderous applause.

They spoke for a little less than 1.5 hours. Philip Glass spoke more than Leonard did, but Leonard said quite a lot. I'm glad you liked the snippets!

Thanks for putting these here Jordan, they were a pleasure to watch and listen to.
When I hear cohen talking like this I am amazed that there are still a lot of people out there who continue to describe him as miserable and depressing, I just don't get it, or maybe its them who don't get it.

You are exactly right, Wendy: Leonard brought such lightness, such brilliance, such wonder to the room that night that everyone laguhed almost the whole way through.

However, perhaps he is, indeed, less depressive now than he was for most of his life. Maybe, for example, his long association with Roshi, or perhaps just his own karma, has helped him work through things such that now, when we hear him, it feels that we are listening to someone who is indeed (if I can use the term, and I know it's a terrible term) "enlightened."

In any case, he brought much light and laughter to my heart, and seemed to light up the entire room that night.

AMEN! I will be at the Toronto concert with bells on. I can't wait for the moment when the date is actually announced. Leonard: T-O-R-O-N-T-O...don't forget us...
