Do you remember posting this following the 25 May 2008 concert in Newfoundland:
"I'm about to try to compose a letter of welcome and thanks to Leonard Cohen for coming here, gracing our air with his song and his presence. I hope I find a way to get it to him. In case I don't, I am sending it out to the universe: Thank you, Leonard, for your music and your generosity."
I'm not sure if you're aware, but you did find a way to get your note to Leonard; it's one of the quotes I included on the back cover of his "thank you" card.
