I got an email from Robert Kory. If Leonard Cohen is inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame this year, he won't be able to attend the ceremony. This has happened before with other people: Bryan Adams and Michael J. Fox. They just attended and collected their awards at future CWF ceremonies. I'm sort of hoping now that Leonard Cohen will not be inducted this year because he can't attend, due to his working on his new album.

The 2011 inductees will be announced today.

No Leonard Cohen this year!

Indeed! You'd think they were running out of inductees (some people have been inducted twice?!). So, why on earth has Leonard not been inducted yet? It is a mystery.

Not enough Leonard Cohen fans are voting.

Even though I am not Canadian, I thought I would give it a try and this website seemed to accept my nomination. I hope others throughout the world give it a try also.
