Thanks for that and as Maurice Chevalier says " I remember it well". I've only seen Jonathan Richman once in concert. He played a solo gig at The Irving Plaza in Manhattan in the early 1980's. A great evening.
Sky Blue and Black, by Jackson Browne, is a perfect description of this summer, here at least, as it is (nicely) stormy at times, and more black skies to come according to the forecast I just saw. I especially enjoy the Billy Stewart cover. The first 40 seconds of the Stewart cover sound to
me like a "nigun." Wouldn't expect that kind of a sound as a start-off for this sort of song,

.....mind you, it's the middle of winter over here. Average daytime temperature where I am is 23 degrees celsius - that's above not below!
