I got first row. This was the best pre-sale ever, everything went down smoothly. Being able to pick up our own seats was really a surprise, I thought we'd just have to make do with whatever seats the website assigned us.

yes after a dodgy start with the 02 london and frusratation and confusion with Paris this was a perfect presale offering and a nice xmas present!

I believe that "Palchetto Statua Gold" are raised seats, while "Poltronissima Gold" are standard seats near the stage. The only standing area ("Posto in Piedi") is behind the seats.

For those interested and going to Lucca, two days laterthere is a concert of Nick Cave & the bad seeds,
same place, same organizers.

A big thank you to Jarkko and all others involved in the pre-sale. Just bought two really good tickets on a very easy to use site. The venue looks gorgeous. All I have to do now is arrange travel and accommodation - something to enjoy during the uninspiring month of January!

My old not-so-faithful laptop decided it wouldn't want to co-work today, so I missed the start of the presale. Already given up all hope for any decent tickets, (and given the laptop a violent death between an anvil and a sledgehammer) I was very pleasently surprised to end up with two tickets to 5th row center, 5 hours after the start of the presale! Thanks Jarkko, once again.

Can anyone please estimate for me what the likelihood is that another Italy date will be announced? I am hoping to go just wondering if there's a chance at a later date

so sorry but I cannot, cannot , cannot find the seating map and it's driving me bonkers!!! I found beautiful pictures of the venue (wow) but not the map and I'm a day late unfortunately and need to know what tickets mean! PLEASE can someone point me to a seating map for this!?!? SO MANY THANKS! cheers!

I think the presale ended, but finding the seat chart for the regular sale might be the same. I had trouble locating it too, heres what I did:

Clicked yellow box to order tickets;
entered quantity in price range I wanted;
then a box appeared on the right above the ticket, saying something like "pick your own seats" (my memory is foggy on what the exact slogan was);
clicked on that box;
after several seconds a site map appeared;
clicked "+" on site map to enlarge several times, sjowing individual seats available;
put cursor over seats I wanted (I wanted 4 seats, so cursor showed 4-seat blocks);
clicked something at the bottom (sorry, forget exactly what it said);
at that point I checked market basket & lo and behold, it showed tickets for my 4 seats.

Then I proceeded to register and pay. Note that it would not accept my credit cards (I am in USA), but paypal worked fine.
