Tesco withdrew the issue with book copy! (MOJO 231. Feb 2013). It was a normal format MOJO + CD within a plastic wrap to allow inclusion of 'the free book worth £9.99'. I took a copy to the till, only to watch it and every other copy on the shelf being whisked away... was told it must have missed being stock scanned before being displayed. I then went back a few days later, shelf still empty, customer services told me there had been what they called 'an emergency withdrawal', they had about sixty copies in the back store, but could n't sell them! lady believed their was something amiss with either the CD (Jonny Marr) or the Leonard Cohen book! I left the store musing over the financial implications of a monthly issue magazine missing the ball. I've since bought the standard issue MOJO with CD (WH Smith)... so am guessing any issue involves the book. On the bright side my MOJO was in comic book mint condition, I wonder did it once have a plastic protective wrap.
