Hi all,
Excited for the gig!
My tickets are not very close (The cheap ones)
Do you expect the view to still be good?

Does anyone know if there will be speakers or anything obstructing the view? I know lots of you often get front row seats, and I wondered if anyone has experience of this.
I know how lucky I have been - and I'm certainly not complaining - but I would be grateful to hear from someone who knows.
In Stuttgart I bought a front row seat from a member of the forum, and the stage was really badly organinsed, with big boxes and speakers in the way, and it's made me wary!
Hope someone can help.
If you have the Live in London CD, the accompanying booklet contains a clear photo of the concert audience in the O2 arena. In the photo, you can see how the rows of seats line up relative to the stage. Hope this helps.

this will be my first Cohen concert so I cant wait, I would have rather of had a smaller venue and get closer to the stage but I worry that it may be my last chance to see him ,I'm in my twenties so have not had the chance to see him when he was younger so

I managed to get block 112 row A, however it has not said the seat numbers for some reason, I hope I will be closer to the stage and sitting next to my friend

thanks Ronaldson
that's really helpful!
Also, as there is tiered seating up to the side of the stage, they shouldn't put anything in the way of the view.
thanks again.

cohenadmirer - of course all the best seats haven't gone to forum members. Ticketmaster have presumably put a large percentage of them on "Get Me In" at greatly inflated prices, and will release the rest at a later date in a pathetic attempt to redeem their long tarnished reputation.

Victoria - you've missed virtually nothing! I went on at 9.00 am on the dot yesterday, and couldn't get anything decent. Try again on Friday (remebering there are other agencies than Ticketmaster), and if you can't get what you want - wait for good seats to appear, or extra concerts/concerts at different venues.

For anyone who missed getting tickets, if the tour extends to either Manchester or anywhere except London, frankly; we'll be trying for new tickets and I'm happy to sell our pretty decent o2 ones at face value (A2 row L, bang in the middle), subject to getting good ones elsewhere. I know it's early days to be saying such things, but don't give up hope of getting good tickets, is what I'm trying to say...I don't think (despite Jarkko's excellent efforts) that this pre-sale is the last word in decent seats for the o2! :D

I noticed on the Ticketmaster site that they are charging £10.00 handling fee on top of the £85 tickets.
How do they justify this charge?

Not being successful yet in getting a decent ticket (I will try Friday). Reading of "the powers that be" holding tickets back and then making profits, when this happened in America for a Willy Nelson concert, Willy found out and cancelled the concert in protest. Can't see Leonard doing that though.
