Gina -
Your brain cells are working fine - regardless of point of origin. I'm working on trying to contact J. Demme and will let you know if I get a reply (via Forum or pm). What is the difference between Bordeaux cells and the 'regular' kind?
all the best

Don't get excited about the tour leonard will probably sing 1/2 of a song then hand it over to anjani...or he'll sit in a chair and just watch her (up on the stage)...does anyone think a 72 year old man is going to do a full show?? Leonard should be back in the retirement home he only came out to fix his fianances for his offsprings because when he dies it'll be that much harder to fix them.

I am thrilled to hear the news that a tour will occur!!
Can someone tell me what months the "summer" would be to tour Europe? I have to get tickets and travel from Australia to do this but I'm not going to miss this chance after 35 years of having Cohen magic played in my home.
And Tony, even if Leonard does talk or sit his way through some of the numbers, I won't be caring. By the way, 72 is not quite as ancient as you seem to think.

well it's not like Leonard led us all in a round of body surfing, even in the '70's. i don't think this will be a case of "leonard cohen presents anjani", it should be a great retrospective.

Hi tonys ~
Anticipating as you are, if you just don't bother buying a ticket, someone else will enjoy a beautiful performance.

Okay, Tonys, I think that was a rather stupid post (done many of them myself), but if Kris Kristofferson could tour, I´m sure LOeonard will to. And I don´t think it´s for the money, I think it´s for love. Sing, so what, he can still speak, no? I´m sure this will be a wonderful tour, Leonard wouldn´t have it any other way.

This is the most exciting news I've heard in months! Can't wait to get a chance to finally see him live. I hope the venues and dates will be anounced soon...and also that they'll include a concert in Budapest or anywhere near!

I would be very surprised if he did a full set himself it is grueling even for younger people. I would not be at all disappointed if Adam did part of the set. He has an amazing voice too. Different to Leonard's but very powerful

Hearing him sing Stranger Song would be worthy of the entry price to be honest.
