I am more than a little mixed up on the "last concerts" at this point and my mind was spinning trying to figure out if I could see them in CA.

Of course, we are still in the 'hopeful' stage for Oahu (not last but just passing through on the way to last).

But Mike's analysis of Jarkko's clues has me thinking we could finally be winners here. We'd say things such as "Cambodia! Come on!! What about us?!?" (No offense, Cambodia, but...Cambodia!?!?)

If they DO schedule us, we WILL have the huge LOTB as we will surely have lots of visitors from the mainland and many other countries. We are still patient and will wait to see what announcements are made.

I have to say, though, I am turning out to be the worst guesser. At this point I have no idea where the last concerts will be. It's been fun. But I am lost on the issue.

Yep! This is a most interesting thread. All correct answers are included in these pages, but not in any single message. According to latest info, the last concerts will not be announced before mid-September (unless plans happen to change), so we have plenty of time to draw more conclusions... i can understand Jarkko finding this thread interesting- if only because ( apologies if i offend) i think he likes to tease. Fair enough up to a point we all like to be teased too.
However , am i the only one who is beginning to find this prolonged guessing more frustrating than interesting ? i long for the answer . we all have to be prepared that the last concert of this tour may not end up being the last concert of all

As such its very important. i guess its not the answer but if it is the last concert it would be great if it was where it all began- fredericton playhouse with the mere several hundred seats mainly occupied by forum members! won't happen but a nice fantasy, and what a party we could have!

I went to see a show in the playhouse last october - not because i particularly wanted to see the act , but because i wanted to see the playhouse and imagine what it would have been like to see leonard there. its a nice place !!

The announcement of the final shows comes weeks or even months later than we expected. That's why the Quiz has been getting longer and longer. However, now the wait is about to be over - the last shows will be announced on September 6, with member presale on September 7.

Ugh, I'll place my vote for the fabulous Scottsdale, Arizona in hopes of being wrong.

"Leaks" from those in the know always occur before the Great Revelation; one of those hilarious Google translations turned "There is a crack in everything" into "There is a leak in everything" - true ! So we know from Lady Di that there will be 4 more concerts, (Later edit: I see Jarkko now says 3) none of them in Europe, and a certain Irish Bird owner has predicted that one of them will be in Las Vegas, by including that in his signature. (Since removed) Happy days ahead for the US contingent!

Well, the date of the last Concert would perfectly fit the opening of the new Civic theatre in my Home Town Corby, but thev've probably already booked the crankies or sydney Devine....so, reading between the lines, i'm making an even more preposterous guess at it being some Thailand-Island. Can I have my CD now pleas Jarkko?

Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree here but it seems pretty clear now that there will be four concerts.

The first will be on an "island" not in SE Asia (we were told a long time ago that Cambodia is the only one in SE Asia) and not Japan (Jarkko dropped this somewhere). Geographically this should be Honolulu, Hawaii (on the way back to the US mainland)?

The 3rd and 4th (they are on the 10/11 Dec so no time to travel in between) will be at the same location at the "desert oasis". Surely that has to be Las Vegas, Nevada?

So, now the only question is where will the second of the four concerts be?

The other question is, why do I care because I can't get to any of these concerts, though Phnom Penh will work out nicely.
