The person on the phone directed me back here - she said that advance tickets were only available on the internet.

i just got through on the phone and they said you can only buy the tickets through the website. If anyone gets through please advise.

I just got through the telephone lines and Place des Arts is saying that the pre-sale is not available by telephone. That listing it that way was an error. They suggest being patient online -- so many people are trying to get tickets. Otherwise only available by phone on the 13th at noon.

I have nothing as well. The same "service unavailable"/"code is invalid" messages. At least we can be sure there are many of us in this boat if not all. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

I just talked to the booking office at Place des Arts in Montreal and they gave me the same message. "We have to book through Leonard Cohen's website". Help, Jarkko!!!

What webaddresses are you using? do we add on the letters after the link or just the link itself?

Just got through on phone to ticket office was to they CANNOT sell tickets over the phone until the general sale date on 3/15. Also asked about the trouble with getting the online thing to work. Was told it is working but due to the very large number of people trying to get tickets there are the problems we are having. Told to keep trying and hopefully will be able to get tickets. I feel this is going to be a wasted vacation day for me, probably should have went to work and just dealt with the scalpers like I probably am going to have to anyway.

It looks like there should be different links for the different days, but the hyperlink is the same for all three.

Yeah, This is pretty lame. I bet scalpers found a way to get all the tickets. That would suck.
