You keep mentioning Sofia. Sofia is in Bulgaria. I don't see any mention of it. Are you getting confused with Romania ?

Damellon - no - the day job has given up on me. Or soon it will. Just kidding, I'm in a meeting in a few minutes, so there will be no update for the next two hours.

My suggestion would be that for a time being we should buy the tickets only for shows which are confirmed by AEG and Leonard Cohen's office, thru The Leonard Cohen Files. Otherwise, new cases like Berlin August show could happen, without the guilt of Leonard Cohen's management...

Tom - Live is full of riscs so why not buy good seats when they are available. Berlin in August was just one case and we got the money back. Only non-germans had to be pay tribute with some extra fee, which is fair I think, li-li, la-la, lou-lou. But Berlin in October is such a different matter of course, just think of the golden October and a perfect weekend. And I promise not to sing but let some other musicians do some special show for us cohenites. BOOK NOW.

That's Germany, Henning, everything is working exactly in seconds. Of course, Eventim's sub-companies in some other countries (I will not name) are known for announcing the show, sell the tickets, then canceling the show when the presales aren't good, and then never returning back people's money... Of course, the artists aren't to blame as they never confirmed the show, it's just the usual way to see the interest, and of course, return money if there's no interest. But as I sad, maybe that system is not working in all countries...
Of course, Berlin (around Oct. 4) will be the best meet-up ever

We already refer to it as "little Berlin event"

I like your poetry, Tom. You combine the wisdom with the truth.

Truth and wisdom, always a dangerous combination.

haha Henning.
i think you need to rephraise that though, as i am indeed german (or at least was when i left some 25 years ago and that is what they still insist on putting on my passport
