Sorry for bothering you, but I've noticed that ticketmaster has added the usual VIP sale information. Any idea if we would literally have the front row seats available through our pre-sale or if the few front rows will be exclusively VIP?

We will have tickets in all price categories at the pre-sale. I'm not 100% sure but perhaps also the VIP packages will be offered. Maybe tickets in the most expensive category (about $250) are in fact VIP packages? We will see on Thursday.

Just noticed a bit of confusion on Ticketmaster's Madison Square Garden Concert info. on their 'Onsale dates & times' tab.

They have the Fan Club Presale ending on 08/01/09 at 10 pm EDT. Guess that's wrong and your end date is correct?

START DATE: Friday, July 31, 2009
START TIME: 10AM

END DATE: Saturday, August 8, 2009
END TIME: 10PM

Have emailed AEG to ask about this conflicting date.

There will be the most expensive (P1) tickets in the front rows available to our presale at face value ($250 or so), but quantity will be limited since there is not a lot of inventory at that price level.

I have now more details about the VIP packages offered by Ticketmaster. Those are NOT available at our pre-sales.

Here is some info about the VIP tickets for those who may want to buy them from Ticketmaster (and the other official ticketing companies for some venues)
The Diamond and Emerald packages will be available in all cities, VIP Travel package only in NYC, Las Vegas, and San Jose. Prices vary by market.
The travel packages will be available to domestic & international buyers. For the standard packages (Diamond & Emerald Packages) they’re going to restrict purchasers to U.S. & Canadian address only.

Do you have the breakdown in price for these VIP packages? Ticketmaster is not showing it at this point. Columbus and Vegas are showing these packages available on the same date as the presale. Is there some way to find out what the hotel is on the Travel Package? Are they limited to only 1 ticket?

I'm afraid you will have to ask Ticketmaster. We don't have the details. My guess is that the packages are VERY pricey, and there is just one ticket in each package. The companion has to buy another package or just a regular ticket (in this case the seats are not next to each other).

Jarkko, sorry if this question has been asked before but pre-sale nerves are starting to consume me! I live in Ottawa which is on EDT, so please can you confirm that the Las Vegas pre-sale will begin tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. Vegas time which is 1 p.m. Ottawa time.
