I'm here too every day! Really missed them when they were gone last week & feared we wouldn't be getting any more photos.
I really appreciate this, enabling us to follow the tour as it moves around.
Thanks very much, the photos are really great!

Like you, Diana, I hope the rain stops for them but I have to say it sounds rather like a typical wet festival Saturday in Denmark to me! Been there, got the waterproofs and still got soaking wet!ladydi wrote:Keeping fingers crossed that it stops raining and the power stays on in Odense! Not sounding good. Lissadell was only showers....this is RAIN! But the crew and Leonard can work miracles indeed!

Yes, it is a HUGE operation, isn't it, and it all seems to run like clockwork. I suppose they couldn't depend on finding what they need in every venue, so they just have to bring everything. I like the arrows they put on the floor pointing the way to the stage; from now on when I hear the line "no arrows of direction underneath our feet" I'll see those!Mabeanie1 wrote: They seem to carry everything with them, including the kitchen sink! I disagree totally. Surely Sharon's health is a matter for Sharon and no one else? Joey would not feel it was his place to make any comment, and quite right too. As for there being no announcement regarding her absence, it's the Leonard Cohen show. Whilst we feel we have got to know Sharon over the years with several of us having had the pleasure of meeting her in person, the reality is that the vast majority of the audience at any and every show have no idea who Leonard's angels are, and probably care even less. There are probably even people at the shows who have no idea who Leonard is - they just know that it's the place to be!TipperaryAnn wrote:Much as I enjoy Joey's "Notes from the Road" it was disappointing not to get an update on Sharon's health there.
That makes very little of Sharon's role, Wendy - "my collaborator", as Leonard describes her, friend and fellow - writer of over 30 years! And Joey's Tweets are aimed at and received by the "Committed" , not those who hardly know who Leonard is, not to mind Sharon.Mabeanie1 wrote: the reality is that the vast majority of the audience at any and every show have no idea who Leonard's angels are, and probably care even less.

We know that but my point was that the "casual" concert goer does not.TipperaryAnn wrote:That makes very little of Sharon's role, Wendy - "my collaborator", as Leonard describes her, friend and fellow - writer of over 30 years!Mabeanie1 wrote: the reality is that the vast majority of the audience at any and every show have no idea who Leonard's angels are, and probably care even less.
