OK --- I will see how easy it is to reserve a bigger table on Monday. Unless someone in the UK wants to give the pub a ring .. I can also do that when I arrive on Thursday. Is everyone happy with meeting/reserving at 4pm or should we do it earlier?

Paul, if the limit is 8, we can do 2 reservatinos, 2 people can book a table for 8, so we have 16 seats...

Or one person can book 2 tables - that's what I did in NYC, so there is historical precedent for such strange & unusual behavior. . .

It seems 1 person can book for 16!
I booked for 16 people for 4pm ... if anyone arrives earlier here are the details:

On the form I notified the pub that there may be more of us so I think we can simply say .. all welcome at 4pm or later. I will ring the pub on Thursday when I arrive in the UK to check this!

Just found this thread - not easy to find the meet up conversation for the O2!

I can't come to the pre-meet as it's not actually near the O2 itself but a tube stop away. Reason is that I am busy on Sunday afternoon until about 5pm, so can't get to the O2 area until at least 6 - and as the concert starts quite early there won't be time for me to come to the All Bar One first.

Anyone else want to try to meet up inside the O2 at one of the bars? Dunno which one, but we can sort that out if there's anyone else who can't go to all Bar One.

Just to say that my son will be with me..... and we may be a little late, but will do our best to be there as near to 4pm as possible. Thanks for organising this!!

I really do not think it's a problem . as I said I will ring the pub later in the week and make sure they know it will be a fluid group of Cohenistas arriving at different times

Edit: Not that it matters, but we will definitely be there closer to 5:00, as I just remembered we have to travel a bit from there to the O2!
