I think Leslie, Jarkko said that if the last city was not guessed, then first place would go to the first person who guessed the second to the last city, which like you said, of course is LV. Second prize was always to be a draw.

Congratulations Heike! And Jarkko, please keep it open a bit longer - my guess is San Jose :lol:

it was a random draw and whoever they picked won
no matter where they picked....
silly me...
It does take me awhile sometimes...
