I guess the fact that we started DST this past weekend may be why it is not posted yet, and it lks like it will be 8pm EST instead of 7pm. Just a thought.

Depending on venues, it seems, but from tomorrow up, every day new venues starting.

No idea, Maggie... except that maybe some in Canada will start selling at some unknown time tomorrow. Everyone will find out the everything-same at the same time, in under half an hour.
