The plans have not changed, and no P countries in the horizon, and not to the South. Hint: have a look at the map.

Our "private" presales happen before the tickets go on public sale, and this gives our members good chance to get great tickets. We have tix in all price leves, including front row or at least near the front (that's up to the local promoters).

well, if it's Scandy, I would guess the country starts with "d" (tho Malmo is kind of inexpensive "d" already; but could it be a Baltic country beginning with "l"?

I have booked tickets for a concert in Stockholm via ticnet.se some years ago and it worked fine.
I'm not 100% sure but as far as I remember I payed with my (not-Swedish) credit card and it worked fine.
I keep my fingers crossed for everyone (including myself *lol*) that everything will work out fine when the presale starts!!
