I also cannot understand why Leonard has been overlooked, yet again!

I see that Lorne Greene is finally getting his Walk of Fame honour -- he is a major Canadian icon, having been on TV screens in Canada almost every day for decades. He also died almost 20 years ago, so, it is a bit late, people! I really wonder who is in charge of this?

Even the hydra bench seems jinxed! This is an international disgrace. He thoroughly deserves an honorary knighthood /canadian order of merit from the canadian monarch - normally resident here in the uk .

The good thing , though , is that Leonard himself is probably much less bothered by this than some of us !

Thanks roy - i had no idea Leonard had been given those honours so long ago.
He is , then, if we translate the canadian honours into uk equivalents SIR Leonard Cohen. Well done !
