you may be out of luck. This happened to folks who overordered for another concert. They ended up with nothing-Good Luck

Don't worry, Jarkko, that's not your fault. That's the usual ticketmaster-horror. I know of some people, who wanted to have presale tickets for Bob Dylan and that was the same chaos.

This is a woeful shambles. If 2 o'clock was agreed, then it should have stayed that way. I've been trying since 1.30 and there were no tickets available.

I also want to say that you are amazing for organizing this Jarkko and thank you. Although stuff happens, we realize that you are doing the best that you can and it is all so much appreciated!!!
