These plans sound great to me. Thanks again Mollydog for organizing this.
Re the Fairmont - I am sure they will be happy when they hear x amount of people are planning to come for a drink after the concert.
When I originally called they said as long as they know ahead of time they will stay open.

Hi Mary,

Thank you SO much for taking this on! I agree that the de Anza prior to the concert, and the Fairmont post concert sound fabulous! Not much longer now! :D :D

ps..I agree that 5pm for the de Anza might be cutting it a little close....perhaps 430pm may be better to give us time to eat, perhaps have a drink, and visit with each other for awhile, as I think most of us with will-call tickets hope to be at the HP early.

Ya know all- we can't wait! Arriving early Am in San Jose, lunch, nap @ De Anza and then well... If anyone is arriving in San Jose around 0800ish Friday morning and wants to split a taxi downtown from the airport please let me know via pm.

WoW! Maarten!! That's AWESOME :D :D :D !!! No dang wonder everyone was saying "Yes! Yes!" to your doing nametags for everyone... I'm bowled over by it! That's BEAUTIFUL! It's Unbelievable... you have so many elements in it... even my avatar 8) :D 8) ! You need your own cottage industry doing nametags for people's events. I've never seen anything so tailored in detail for each individual. I'm amazed. Really amazed! They're just PERFECT.
