There's a concert hall in Vienna and people are waiting to get tickets.

Haven't heard back from AEG yet... but they have been in contact with Vienna from the beginning of the presale, trying to find out what's happening, locally... Will let you know if I hear something (but unfortunately have to go to a business meeting in an hour).

Actually I do not mind the delay that much because usually a delayed presale means that certain 'resellers' loose interest and the real fans get the better tickets.

Of course it is different when you get up in the middle of the night on another continent. Or booked an hour off work to participate in the presale. I can see why some of you are not amused. But I try to see the positve aspects too. In the past our patience in such circumstances has always been rewarded.

Seems there are always problems when trying to get tickets for Vienna. Remember the last time LC was here and the servers broke down, because there was such a big run on tickets.

I really do appreciate your Work, your Efforts for us...
It isn't your "thing", when AEG have some problems with the local Pre-Sale-Management-Arrangements...
This kind of stuff is not good for my (and I think, many others) "Blood-Pressure", but, hey: that's my personal Problem...
And I'm not the Guy with the strongest Nerves, that's my own thing too!
